Forbes and other publications call them Look Up, and is a way for predominantly social justice artists to exhibit their works by using Billboards.

In the Fall of 2021, Fine Art and Real Estate Broker Anna D. Smith put up the 2017 work Incarceration Nation in the California Bay Area’s Silicon Valley by emerging underground artist, California prison-artist C-Note.

The 30-day-art-exhibition led to the, A Better San Jose Peaceful Rally. A 2-hour-rally addressing topics of San Jose’s youth homelessness, parolee homelessness, education, and the lack of solutions from local officials.

This exhibition for the Winter of 2021, will feature a 3-day art sale of prints and originals of C-Note’s work. For the past Six-years his works have changed lives, saved lives, made history in the Fashion World, and raised millions of dollars.

Colored Girl Warholed is a 2015 work which uses a highlighted version of his 2009, Wax on paper, Colored Girl. Colored Girl Warholed is a work that was inspired by Andy Warhol’s 1962 work, Four Marylins. Six months after C-Note made prints available of this work, Warhol’s Four Marilyns sold at Christie’s for $36 million.
